Driven by the zero collision vision, the LIDAR system continuously scans the car’s surroundings for obstacles and potential dangers. The EX90 also has a driver understanding platform, a two-sensor-based system for detecting when the driver is distracted or sleepy. If this is detected, the car will activate a protective shield and take countermeasures, such as braking, to keep the driver safe. The full-floor lithium-ion battery stores 107 kWh. Fast charging capabilities also facilitate a 10% to 80% (roughly 210 miles) in 30 minutes.
